The puppy play section really does need more puppy play feel like a collar etc. they can say like "Grab a belt or a collar and wrap it around your neck" etc.
For a dominatrix simulator, there isnt any ass play or actual commands. I understand this game is still in Beta but I think I and many others will like for this to be added to one of the current and upcoming mistresses
